A Wisconsin native, Kent Farnsworth, MD, joined Lutheran Health Physicians in December 1996. Dr. Farnsworth came to LHP from Methodist Medical Group in Zionsville, Indiana. Dr. Farnsworth earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He earned a law degree from Harvard Law School and practiced as a litigator in southern California for five years before changing professions. He returned to Madison and earned a medical degree at the University of Wisconsin Medical School, and he completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Dr. Farnsworth is board certified in internal medicine and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association and the Indiana State Medical Society. He is a fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine.
